The Front of House Operations team are the public face of the museum and are vital to the success of the V&A. The Front of House Administrator will be an integral part of this, reporting and working directly with the Senior Front of House Management Team. Providing administrative support to the Head of Front of House Operations and the wider Front of House Shop team. The role will support the smooth running of the department and its operations ensuring the work of the team is underpinned, and the highest levels of experience can be delivered to all visitors.
