This role is an integral part of the technical team ensuring both business and customer expectations are met. The role will require a dynamic individual who is able to build strong and effective working relationships.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 05.00 - 00.00,

Ensure best practice is followed, and that quality checks meet product specific specification and legalities.
Carry out hourly critical control checks on the process / packing line.
Carry out hourly label checks ensuring accuracy.
Record relevant details from the critical control point (CCP) check.
Record temperature checks from the finished products
Verification of the quality documents and ensuring they are filled in correctly.
Report faults, damages, CCP rejections to the Operations and Technical departments.
Liaise with Production & QA to ensure the quality and food safety is adhered to.
An understanding of FMCG food industry is beneficial.
Focus on attention to detail and maintaining high standards.
Having a good working knowledge of Basic food hygiene.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to challenge others in a professional and constructive manner
Proactive, dynamic and motivational with the ability to deliver results in a fast paced, pressurised environment.
