- Provide width, depth and succession for Group logistics management function.
- Allowing the continued expansion & business complexity to be successfully managed.
- Advising sites to achieve sustainable and consistent results via best practice.
- Continuous service and margin improvement through effective 3pl and returnable management techniques & discipline.
- To drive out all internal and 3pl exceptional risk & costs.
- Ensure department continuity of cover.
- Highly developed functional knowledge of FMCG Operations & Logistics best practice.
- Developed interpersonal, negotiating and persuasive skills.
- Well developed appreciation of the different components and trade offs required to sustain an efficient supply chain.
- Must have a resilient character and be able to work within agreed guidelines through to completion.
