Job Description
An experienced support worker is needed to support a client in supported living. Must have working care experience and an NVQ Level 2 in health and social care.
Daily activities could include escorting the client to health appointments/theatre trips/ shopping etc. Personal care, promoting independence with the upkeep of their flats, emotional support ,assisting with feeding and all general care requirements per the clients support plan.
There are full and part time positions available. Will also involve weekend working.
Shifts Patterns:
Days: 10am - 4pm
Nights: 4pm till 10am or 10pm till 10am
(includes sleep in) - 11am-5pm
