Job Purpose
The Commercial Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the Commercial function, ensuring there is alignment across operations, systems and processes in order to protect and grow revenue.
This role is part of the Client Development function reporting into Client Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
You are responsible for the following:
- Working with the Operations Team to schedule post audit meetings between the client, Safety Consultant and Account Manager
- Supporting the Marketing function with campaign leads, follow-ups from webinars, campaigns, forums, events, etc.
- Manage customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys and resulting actions
- Working with Finance to track and manage invoicing issues and debt
- Responsible for mitigating churn and managing the retention process in conjunction with the Account Managers
- Responsible for maintaining and building Hubspot processes and reports to support the commercial function
- Responsible for tracking, closing and processing commercial agreements

Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
