g2 Recruitment Bristol are hiring and looking for money hungry, driven and ambitious graduates to come and join on board our structured Trainee Recruitment Consultant program. We have heavily invested in Learning & Development here at g2, ensuring you have the training and support needed to be successful in the industry. No experience required!

We specialize in the European markets recruiting within the engineering, life science, IT and Technology sectors. Consultants such as David Woodrow and Otis French-Sanders (both Million Pound Billers) have all seen incredible success within g2, and are looking to mentor our newest Consultants to that same level of success.

- HUGE earning potential: industry leading, unrivalled and uncapped commission structure produces OTEs of 30K-40K in year 1, 50-60K in year 2 and 100K in year 3 onwards (25k base)

The role itself:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on the whole Recruitment process from start to finish. Whether that be pitching and building relationships with target clients in your sector, to sourcing the best candidates the market has to offer. You will be working with some of the best clients and candidates within the European Sector, ensuring a smooth and successful Recruitment process throughout.
