Our client is an outstanding UK law firm with a growing corporate department. As one of the top-performing law firms in the UK, the firm boasts an impressive array of national and international clients and undertakes some top-quality work.
The corporate team is no different, advising a range of clients from start-ups through to substantial private companies and PLCS. You will be working closely with Partner in the team to service this client base and will be handling work such as M&As, corporate finance, joint ventures and other general corporate advisory matters.
The successful Corporate Solicitor should ideally be 3+ years PQE. This is, however, given purely as a guideline, so if you fall closely outside this bracket, you are still encouraged to apply, so long as you can demonstrate the necessary skills and knowledge for the role.
