The Role:
Here are Puttshack we are hiring a Venue Manager for our venue in Lakeside! The role has full ownership and responsibility to lead and direct all aspects of the food & beverage operation. Reporting into the General Manager, The Venue Manager will oversee revenue, service, F&B, and Games strategies to ensure the venue is run in an efficient way. The Venue Manager role with include general management of our Floor Managers, Floor Waiters, Hosts and Wait Staff Assistants. You will assist in their training & development, recruitment of new associates, rota planning, compliance and health & safety.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in high volume F&B required
