Job Description
Our client, a growing and pioneering charity in West Oxfordshire is seeking a Part Time Administrator (100% remote working) on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
This position is to start end of May/beginning of June. Working from home, this role is 21.75 hours per week, within 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and must include a Tuesday due to weekly team meeting commitments.
This role is paying £23,660 per annum pro rata, depending on skills and experience plus holiday pay.
The successful candidate will be required to live in the Oxfordshire area due to occasional local meetings.
Duties Include:
- Searching and identifying venues via google and speaking to venues to check they meet their specifications
- Booking venues and dealing with all the admin, correspondence, letters etc
- Lots of data entry and order processing
- Dealing with some medically sensitive/confidential info
- General administration and PA support for the Chief Executive and Founder
Requirements:
- Previous experience of CRM's and Sage
- IT Skills Required : Previous CRM system knowledge, proficient Microsoft Office tools, familiar with MS Teams, Zoom etc
- A laptop and phone will be provided by the business
