Job Description

Please note the role is part-time and will be 20 hours a week, so the salary is pro rata.

VideoWeek is a trade publication that has seen rapid growth over the last couple of years. We cover the video & CTV advertising space which we think is the most exciting and fun industry on the planet. As a company we connect people, showcase the leading players and encourage the industry to raise the bar on ethics.

We run a number of industry-leading events and produce industry guides and the time has come for our Managing Director to receive some additional support whilst there are a number of admin tasks that need a dedicated focus.

Some key areas of responsibility are:

- Provide executive support to the Managing Director;

- Oversee the smooth running of the office. We're still a relatively small team so the office management side of things wouldn't be too much of a burden;

- Support the Managing Director with providing documents for record keeping

- Assist with chasing for payment and tracking payments;

- Issuing payments on behalf of the company;

- Organising company events.

Ideally you will:

- Be educated to degree level, although we are open to people who have proven themselves in other roles.

- Experience of providing secretarial support to executive committees, including producing agendas, papers and minutes;

- Excellent IT skills and experience in office applications with an interest in technology and an understanding of the importance of data;

- The ability to work proactively and a willingness to act on own initiative, highlighting issues and suggesting possible solutions, whilst exercising confidentiality, discretion and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
