About Us:
We are a start-up company building a platform to help small businesses to create and execute plans for innovation, growth and sustainability. We are seeking a experienced technical expert to join our founding team as we build and launch our platform.
The founding team have deep market knowledge and product experience as well as a track record in launching and scaling ventures.
The Role:
As a CTO Co-Founder, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical development of our platform and ensuring that it is scalable, reliable, and secure. You will be working closely with our CEO and other co-founder to turn our vision into reality. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
What you’ll do:
Developing and managing the technology roadmap for the platform
Leading the development team to build, test, and deploy the platform
Ensuring that the platform is scalable, reliable, and secure
Identifying and addressing technical risks and challenges
Managing the technology budget and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively
Building and managing relationships with external technology partners and vendors
Providing technical guidance and support to other members of the team as needed
What we are looking for:
Significant experience in software development and engineering
A track record of successfully launching tech products
Expertise in full-stack development and experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries
Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, security, and data storage technologies
Experience with agile development methodologies
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Prior experience as a co-founder or early-stage employee of a start-up is a plus
