Based in Swinton, our client is a leading e-commerce retailer. They are looking for a Live Chat Agent to join their team on a 3 month basis.
As a Live Chat Agent you will be:

Liaising with customer and suppliers via live chat platform/emails
- Liaising with internal teams
- Understanding the customer current situation and providing an appropriate solution
- Working towards team KPI's
To be successful in this role:
-
Experience within customer service using emails/livechat software
- Strong customer focus
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Excellent communications, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well within in a team as well as independently
