We have a new store opening in Cardiff! (Summer 2023)

We are opening more stores across the UK in 2023 making it an incredibly exciting time to join our amazing growing retail team. We can’t wait to expand and give customers the chance to come hang out with us in person & try things on!

We are looking for a fantastic Store Manager to lead the store team in building a fabulous Cardiff community and make the new store incredible!

What you'll be doing...

• Ensuring customer happiness is at the heart of everything you (and the team) do, creating exciting memorable experiences and building an engaged community
• Leading by example - growing, supporting and developing the team from the front and ensuring the brand is always represented in the best way possible
  
• Visual Merchandising - working with the team to ensure that the shop is always as exciting and colourful as our Insta, alongside being practical & accessible
• Managing stock & systems within your store & training your team on this
  
• Creating exciting in store content with the team & managing your stores Social Media platform
• You will need to become an expert on all things Lucy & Yak - from products and sizing, to sustainability and ethics.
• Organising, staffing & running collaboration events in your store!
  

What we are looking for?

• At least 2 years experience in a Retail Management role
  
• Excellent organisational, time management & people skills
• Customer service obsessive! A passion for delivering incredible customer experiences
• Knowledge of Lucy & Yak as a brand & our products would be a massive bonus!
  

The fine print

• £28-30k per annum
• Based in Cardiff
• Start date: tbc... (Summer 2023)
