An opportunity has arisen for an admin assistant to join our exciting company with a passion for hand crafted custom signage. The Role:
- Taking care and responding to all enquiries coming in, forwarding enquiries to account managers.
- Phone – Using excellent verbal communication skills you will be able to respond to all enquiries, taking detailed notes and forwarding the enquiries to the appropriate person.
- Filing digital images to project folders
- Booking couriers for Adhoc deliveries
- Managing our online orders across our websites, and shopping platforms and responding to messages- (Shopify, Etsy, Not On the High Street, Ebay )
- Take minutes at internal meetings
- General office support
- Welcoming visitors and providing refreshments.
- Contracts
- Petty Cash
- HR – adding new employees, viewing holiday requests
- Ordering materials, parts and office supplies
- This role is full time office based
Essential Skills
- Flexible and open to change
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Using experienced customer service skills to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Sales background an advantage but not essential
- Some knowledge of signage an advantage but not essential
- Able to use an Apple Mac computers
- Ideally be living in North London
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
