Do you have experience in website development or programming and looking for your next career move? We’re looking for a Junior Website Developer to join our ICT Development team at our Head office site in Colwick, Nottingham. We’re an exciting and growing company with multiple brands as part of the Hunter Douglas group, so this role is a great opportunity within a fast-paced and expanding team.
A self-starter with commercial experience you’ll be working in an agile team, that works closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders from around the business to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance our platforms functionality.
As a Junior Website Developer, you’ll need exposure to .Net C#, RESTful web services, SQL Server, JavaScript and CSS. Any exposure to cloud services or JS frameworks is also beneficial.
Junior Website Developer Key Responsibilities:
- Completing complex web development tasks to high quality standards
- Ensuring work is tested and testable
- Collaborating with key stakeholders from around the business to meet operational objectives
- Providing technical support on issues as required
- Participating in refinement and review of specifications
- Working in sprints, reporting and escalating exceptions/issues as necessary
