Remote Freelance Appointment Setter - Recruitment
Salary: £21,000-£25,000pa pro rata
We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter with experience in recruitment to join our team as a remote freelancer. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients and setting appointments for our Recruitment Consultants. You will be working remotely, so excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Cold call potential clients to introduce our recruitment services and schedule appointments for our Recruitment Consultants
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships with potential clients
- Maintain a database of leads and track progress in a CRM system
- Work closely with our Recruitment Consultants to understand their target clients and tailor outreach accordingly
- Provide regular feedback to the Recruitment team on market trends and client feedback
- Continuously improve outreach strategies and processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role within recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and terminology
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A reliable computer and internet connection for remote work
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certification in appointment setting, sales or marketing is a plus
