Stepping Stones Care are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our Central Team, based at our Head Office Birmingham on a Full-Time Basis.

About the Role
Reporting into the Operational Directors, your role will include:
- Managing the editing, organisation and storage of documents on the company cloud
- Managing diaries, arrange meetings, room bookings and calls
- Minute taking for a variety of meetings
- Basic HR related Admin activities such as letter writing, minute taking
- Basic Finance related Admin activities such as reconciliation, receipt management
- Support the HR and Recruitment functions
- Support the Learning and Development department
- Support Directors with ad-hoc administration tasks
- Assisting with research, collation and presentation on a variety of topics
- Regular communication with Directors, Managers, Staff, and external Stakeholders / Partners
- Updating Company directories and trackers
- Multitude of Administrative tasks – data-entry, email, letters, filing, ordering, bookings, etc
- Organising team events
What we are looking for
We are looking for a creative, hard-working candidate who has experience in an office environment as an Administrator.
You will need an:
- High level of computer proficiency
- In-depth knowledge of the full Microsoft Office 365 Suite – advanced excel knowledge
- Adaptability to learn how to effectively use web-based applications
- Ability to touch type at 90wpm or more
- Ability to communicate and manage time efficiently are crucial to success in this role
- Ability to multi-task
