Assistant General Managers/ Restaurant Managers
We are looking for strong candidates for an exciting new opening in the heart of West London.

About us:
First Restaurant Group has three locations of Pub & Rooms site across London, all with tempting menu along with beautiful boutique hotel rooms upstairs and two Restaurants -the Waterway and The Summerhouse- in the heart of Maida Vale.
Requirements of Assistant General Manager
× Must have experience running a high quality restaurants and bars and have a proven track record in working to high-quality customer service standards.
× Have great people skills, natural charisma and love cocktails, food and people
× Bubbly personality and passion with the ability to engage with people
× Hands on with a ‘can do’ attitude
× Currently be at Assistant General Management level within a pub or restaurant environment and have held this role in a progressive capacity for at least 1 year
× Have a great front of house presence, be an accepted leader and naturally inspire your team;
× Have a basic understanding of business operations;
× Keen & eager to learn and, most importantly, to make people happy!

As Assistant General Manager your duties and responsibilities will include:
× Supporting the General Manager in the day to day management of the pub and restaurant,
× Assist the General Manager in all areas of the business (restaurant, bar and back of house admin).
× Taking full responsibility in their absence;
× Proactive management of a team, leading by example to deliver the outstanding customer service
× Full engagement and involvement in back office operations including rota planning, ordering etc;
× All aspects of health & safety
× Driving standards and training the team
