They deliver delicious fresh food in an informal environment and have an extensive wine and cocktail list. Their rooms are beautifully appointed and have enviable sea and estuary views.

Duties & Responsibilities
As Food & Beverage Manager you will form part of the senior management team and oversee all aspects of this excellent quality restaurant and bar. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager recruiting and developing a team of up to 50 in the peak season.
This role is about taking control of the Food & Beverage operation and being forward thinking and creative about driving the business further and ensuring really great levels of guest service.
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
· Implementing and ensuring the highest level of operational standards
· Managing rotas
· Controlling budgets
· Ordering
· Responding to guest feedback
· Appraising and developing development plans for the team
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have held a position of similar responsibility in either a stand-alone quality led restaurant or hotel with a strong food and beverage focus.
Volume experience is essential, along with an impressive proven track record and the highest level of guest focus.
You will enjoy working with a good level of autonomy and and will thrive in an independent non corporate environment.
