Position Overview
We are seeking a marketing / social media apprentice, to complete a Level 3 Marketing Assistant Apprenticeship programme. Taking on an apprentice role will be a fantastic starting point for your career. You will have support from our team every step of the way, with training and mentoring to help you reach your full career potential. We’re looking for a strong communicator with the ability to build great working relationships with internal and external contacts. You will be a good problem solver, with an added ability to think analytically and logically. We’re looking for people with a passion for learning and high levels of determination, motivation and a drive to succeed.

- The programme will take you up to 18 months and will set you up with excellent career prospects

Responsibilities:
- Assist the marketing team with brainstorming and planning content schedules for social media accounts, across all platforms
- Assist with the creation of social media content (static and video) for all platforms
- Respond and engage with comments across all social media platforms
- Assist the team with email marketing; planning copy & scheduling weekly briefs
- Prepare and send out physical PR packs to influencers and creators
- Assist with event planning and set up of PR events
- Assist with the discussion and implementation of social media strategies
- Provide weekly reports on post-performance
- You will complete your learning plan on time, which may include passing exams, submitting workbooks and providing evidence of your development
- You will work closely with your apprenticeship learning provider and develop a positive relationship with your colleagues based in the UK and USA
- You will develop your knowledge and capabilities to undertake the role at hand
- You will develop, implement, maintain and improve on administrative services, supporting and engaging with different parts of the organisation and interacting with internal or external customers
- You will focus on adding value and contributing to the efficiency of the company
Qualifications:
- GCSE Maths & English grade C or above
- A passion for social media and marketing
- A dynamic go-getter who is self-motivated and independent - you thrive working on your own in an entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision
- Strong communication (written and oral), interpersonal and presentation skills
- High numerical and logical skills
- Computer skills (general comfort with Microsoft Office, Google drive and CRM programs like Hubspot)
- Enthusiasm for the beauty industry
- A happy, positive attitude that empowers you to assist our customers every day
