We are currently recruiting for:
1 Registered Mental Health Nurse
1 Registered General Nurse
All positions are full time with working hours of Monday to Friday 9-5.
The successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate knowledge, skills and experience of person-centred assessments and of working autonomously and collaboratively within a multi-agency environment. If you are committed to the delivery of high quality person centred services and have excellent communication skills this would be an ideal opportunity for you.
The candidates will need to work in a multi-agency environment with individuals and their representatives to support the assessment and review process for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and NHS Funded Nursing Care (FNC) and S117 aftercare including the promotion and review of Personal Health Budgets.
