Out Lane Social opened in November 2022 in the wonderful community of Croston. Owned by proud Lancastrians with strong Cornish roots, our ethos is to champion incredible Cornish seafood and the very best British meat from our local, independent butcher, and of course advocating for independent breweries & distilleries. Think of us as your neighbourhood restaurant with exceptional wine, friendly service and unrivalled food flavours.
We’re aiming sky high and surrounding ourselves with a team of people who are shining stars in the industry. To add to our growing team, we’re on the lookout for an experienced Front of House team member.

THE PERSON
Our ideal Front of House team member is:
- Passionate about great food, wine, and exceptional service
- Incredibly personable and able to talk to a wide range of people
- Obsessive about getting the little things right
- Has a basic understanding of wine and cocktails
- Experienced with using a professional coffee machine (desirable, but not essential)
THE JOB
- Hosting guests and seating them at their table
- Taking food and drinks orders
- Taking food from the kitchen to the table
- Supporting the bar where needed
- Making coffees using our new coffee machine
All candidates must be able to demonstrate they hold a valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-37.5 per week
Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
