We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant/PA for the Department of Conservation at Ashmolean Museum. As an Administrative Assistant/PA, you will provide effective and efficient administrative and secretarial support services to the Head of Conservation and other senior staff as required. You will be responsible for managing an efficient office response to museum and public needs and to stakeholders both inside and outside the museum.
To be successful in this role, you must have a willingness to be proactive and excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. You will need to be comfortable working with volunteers and students and have experience with databases and generating reports.
This role requires flexibility as you may be asked to work the occasional evening or weekend to support the Department's activities.
