You’ll receive a starting salary of £25,000 with the potential to increase to £27,000 after probation and subject to performance. Additional team bonus of £2,500 pa, subject to team performance.
You’ll get 20 days holiday, rising to 25 with service.
So that we can contact our customers when they are available, your full-time hours are 35 hours per week, and will be scheduled during our operating between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and will include 1 weekend in 3. This will include Bank Holidays. We are busier at certain times of the year so your working week may be shortened or extended, but with no fluctuation in your salary. We plan your working pattern in advance, so you can plan ahead too. There is a possibility of working remotely up to 3 days per week on successful completion of your training and probation period.

Working within the Compliance team you will be given the opportunity to train for professional compliance qualifications whilst at the same time looking after our existing customers. You will be working in a rewarding professional legal services environment, handling inbound/outbound calls for clients who are engaging with one of our partner Estate Agents to meet legal and regulatory requirements, provide them with practical help and advice on their property transaction.
This role would suit someone with customer service experience but it’s not essential. As an advisor, you will be confident on the phone and be able to connect with customers in explaining the legal requirements around our anti-money laundering service and help them complete the required checks.
To qualify - You should be an ambitious individual who holds telephone and customer service experience and can demonstrate the following skills:
Attention to detail
Excellent rapport and relationship building skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
The ability to connect with other team members and customers alike
Full training will be provided over a 3 month period
