Job title: Overnight Social Media Manager
Based: Remote – home working
Hours: 5 days per week, 6 hours per shift between the hours of 7pm-7am
Who we are looking for?
We are looking for an Overnight Social Media Manager to join the Out of Hours team within Curtis Gabriel, a fast-paced social and digital marketing agency. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in managing multiple social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
The successful candidate will provide live cover, interactivity, community management, inbound client communication responses and out of hours crisis management in line with the client’s strategy and agreed timescales whilst providing a high level of customer service at all times. Communication is a key part of the role and the Overnight Social Media Manager will liaise effectively and appropriately with all internal and external stakeholders.
What’s involved?
The main duties and responsibilities of the role consist of:
· Account delivery in line with contractual obligations and KPIs (responding within 3 hours) for interactivity and communications.
· Effective engagement, using hashtags and targeted posts to engage with target audiences, influencers and communities.
· Monitoring relevant keywords for customer service enquiries and sales opportunities.
· Dealing with inbound customer service inquiries in an appropriate, professional tone.
· Relationship management and crisis management, being prepared for the unexpected. Offering proactive solutions to clients and escalating this internally, as necessary.
· Scheduling cover where required.
· Effective paid advertising delivery where required.
Role requirements
· Knowledge of social media trends, digital marketing, and technologies.
· Educated to a degree level is desirable with a background in Marketing and Communications.
· Customer service experience.
