Job Description Sunday to Thursday 5pm-10pmDaily receipt, collation and scanning of all customer POD'sStorage and filing of POD's in line with established company processesDealing with and resolving customer delivery and POD queries in a confident and timely mannerResponsibility for maintenance and upkeep of customer PO numbersProvide assistance in clearing all unbilled reports in line with company policyAssist the Credit Controller with issuing of customer statements and resolution of queries, credit insurance control checks and customer set upProvide assistance and back up in running daily/weekly sales across the companiesEnsure all customer forms are completed in line with internal company policies and external compliance guidelinesAny other adhoc duties as required by Management Accountant or Financial Controller.Essential Criteria:A minimum of 3 A-Levels (or equivalent)Proven ICT skills, with a proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly excelPrevious experience in scanning, and working with POD'sA clear advantage will be given to those with previous experience of Mandata and a background in the transport industryClear and demonstrable experience of working in a high volume, transactional teamAbility to meet deadlines and work under pressureJob Type: PermanentBenefits:Casual dressCompany eventsDiscounted or free foodGym membershipOn-site parkingPrivate dental insurancePrivate medical insuranceReferral programmeWork Location: One location Apply Go Back
