Job Description:
- Conducting overflow property valuations would be a BIG bonus.
- Undertake viewings.
- Maintain regular vendor and potential purchaser contact.
- Check sale board status and maintain window display.
- Provide feedback to vendors at the earliest convenience.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all properties being marketed to maximise sales opportunities.
- Provide property details to potential buyers and ensure properties are matched as closely as possible to the established needs of potential purchasers.
- Take offers and negotiate sales.
- Ensure leaflets are on display.
- Record applicants and produce matches.
- Prepare information and keys for the accompanied viewer.
- To undertake viewings on a regular basis.
- Liaising with estate agents, solicitors, and surveyors.
Essential Experience:
- You will be required to have strong negotiating skills.
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
- Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone.
- Smart appearance.
- Good timekeeping.
- Good local geographical knowledge.
- Full driving license and own transport.
