Role: Band 3 - Admin Support
Duration: 1 month + Extension
Location: York or Scarborough with the opportunity to work remotely
Rate: £109 per day

Band 3 - Admin Support Responsibilities

York Hospital requires band 3 admin support to cover the period 9th May until the 9th June (dates may change with a potential of an extension)

NHS Experience is ideal but not necessary.

The role is to support with the lead up to Doctors changeover.

The role is to input data to a Work Schedule Template. They will then attach set documents and send/email to the relevant doctor. There will be a small amount of data input and basic admin duties.

This role can be based at either York or Scarborough with the opportunity to work remotely, hours can be flexible across a 5 day period to cover 37.5 hours.
Band 3 - Admin Support Knowledge & Skills:

IT skills including word and excel.

Good communication skills and able to work well in a team.

Organisational skills and good attention to detail.
Band 3 - Admin Support Desirable Skills:
-
Qualifications needed : GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
