Located in Knightsbridge on the edge of Hyde Park, Bulgari Hotel London is both a haven of calm in the centre of the city and yet under a minute’s walk from such landmarks as the famous Harrods department store.

Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate, courteous and efficient execution of hotel guests booking, providing the highest level of personal service. You will process all payments according to the established hotel requirements, and keep the department regularly updated with specific guest needs or enquiries. The Reservations Agent will be required to maintain control of the hotels room inventory, acting as a ‘gate-keeper’ on a day-to-day basis, including high demand periods and sell-out days.

The ideal candidate will be required to demonstrate commitment to a task, complete comprehension of guest needs and ability to promote positive relations with all guests. He/she will need to think clearly and quickly, as well as make conscientious decisions. Impeccable attention to detail is imperative, and the ability to prioritise, organise and follow up is also of upmost importance.
