The New Business Development team is focused on drive long term scale profitable growth and engagement and build a customer orientated propositions portfolio.
The Propositions Delivery Specialist will be responsible for working with the Proposition Delivery Lead in delivering the New Business Development roadmap and refining our current product experience, defining the proposition specification to exacting standards and delivering an exceptional e2e customer experience. The propositions that will fall within this remit are across a range of areas including Insurance, SecureNet and future Security and Financial Services propositions.
As the Propositions Delivery Specialist, you will also be involved market research, commercial KPIs and overall performance of the product portfolio. You will work closely with the Propositions and Commercial teams to help influence efficiency and Proposition. IT and Digital will also form part of the stakeholders that you will work with and help influence and prioritise our product delivery.

What will you be doing?
1. Help delivering the New Business development Propositions roadmap for Vodafone UK.
2. Manage product performance and use customer insight and commercial needs to hit key business targets.
3. Work with the delivery lead to deliver the proposition and product roadmap for Consumer Business, including driving key investment and prioritisation choices with wider business stake holders.
4. Understand and be a strong voice to shape the desired Customer experience journeys including a strong digital first mindset for any new enhancements you will be leading, working in collaboration with our dedicated ecommerce team.
5. Help to drive proposition planning and execution and ensure alignment from a technical and commercial point of view.
