Main Duties and Responsibilities

Promptly respond to daily emails, including email enquiries from Influencers
Assist the marketing team with brainstorming and planning content schedules for Social Media accounts across all platforms
Building your portfolio of Influencers dependent on market on a global basis
Assist with the creation of social media content
Complete end-to-end talent management. Talent briefing, talent negotiation, closing deals, contracting, and ensuring all content is posted within schedule.
Post and caption content for Pinterest, and Instagram (including reels)
Respond to post comments across all social media platforms
Manage and upload daily stories to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Create forecasting reports to identify trending audios, influencers, video formats, and popular products across both Tiktok and Instagram
Relationship management - working with talent manager and talent themselves to ensure our talent approach is in line with our target audience

Love to work as part of a close-knit team
Have great knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends
Great attention to detail
Must have very high literacy and creative writingskills
Must have a can-do attitude and genuine passion for social media specially Instagram
Must have knowledge of creative programmes such as; Canva, Cap Cut, Photoshop etc
