We are looking for a highly motivated Project Lead with web3 experience to join our team. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing complex projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. We are a pioneering company with a passion for using technology to solve real-world problems. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects and deliver high-quality results

Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues as needed

Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership

Manage designers and engineers

Scrum management

Manage project budgets and resource allocation, and ensure that projects are delivered within budget

Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement

At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects

Experience in web3 (preferred) or SaaS or ecommerce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MBA, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
