We are looking to recruit passionate individuals to join our Operations family at an award-winning venue based on the outskirts of Taunton. Crowcombe Court is an industry leading wedding venue set within a stunning Georgian manor house nestled within the Quantock hills with breath taking, panoramic views over the area of outstanding beauty. This is a new and exciting period for Crowcombe Court emerging from the pandemic stronger, with clear progression of growth throughout the business - this is an amazing time to join and be part of our family.

Reporting to our General Manager, our HouseKeeping Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Supervise Room Attendants
- Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members
- Manage guest requests and communicate them to the relevant team members
- Routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standards
- Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Carry out lost property procedures
- Report maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering Department
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
What are we looking for?
A Housekeeping manager with an eye for detail. who is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
- Experience in managing/supervising a team in a similar role
- Experience in the hotel/cleaning industry
- Good oral and written communication
- High standards of cleanliness
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on their own or in teams
The ideal candidate will be personable, presentable and possess outstanding customer service skills. With a bubbly personality we are looking for candidates that thrive under the fast-paced nature of the hospitality sector. Previous Housekeeping experience is essential. In return, we will offer a competitive wage, flexible work weeks around the wedding schedule, 30 hours per week minimum contract and free parking.
