Job Description
We are recruiting for a Fitness Instructor to join our small team in Hungerford.
Our fitness instructors are key to delivering a high standard within our club. Operating mainly out of the gym our instructors work closely with our members providing them with inductions, programs as well as advice and tips. They are responsible for the gym cleanliness and maintenance and are actively encouraged to interact with members. Our fitness instructors are trained to teach our lunch time classes when on shift and can pick up additional paid classes (£20ph) off shift. We are a small team and all staff are trained across all departments adding variety to the role.
The ideal candidate will be self motivated, keen and experienced. The club is committed to paying the Real Living Wage (implemented every April 1st) and supports staff training and personal development.
Our operating hours are Monday to Thursday 06:00 - 22:00 / 20:00 on Fridays and Weekends 07:30 - 16:30. Our team work a 3 week rolling rota covering a mixture of early and late shifts, mid shifts and one full weekend in three. If you are interested please apply or message for additional information.
