Trade Team Recruitment are currently looking for Multi Traders in the Croydon area.

About the role:

Driving across various sites around Croydon carrying out basis repairs on owned properties by the client
To ensure that repairs are completed within the target response times to a high standard to meet the expectations of the organization, residents and leaseholders
Manage own time in a productive and efficient way as to ensure that all KPI’s are met
Carry out works as booked by appointment times within the contractual obligations
Carry out tests inspections and submit detailed reports as and when requested
Ensure that all equipment and van stock is replenished weekly, kept safe and secure
You will be provided with a company van, uniform and PDA system that you job will come through on a daily basis
£20 per hour paid weekly
Van and full tooling IS provided
£40 for every job completed
£27.11 Saturday rate
£125 per call out

About you:

Possess a relevant trade qualification and/or experience in relation to building, maintenance or technical background
Experience of a range of repairs and maintenance work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have a basic DBS certificate
