Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, qualified Bookkeeper to join our friendly team on a part time or full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a detailed understanding of bookkeeping to manage the accounts of our small business in Thetford. This is an office based position so you must be able to commute to Thetford. Duties Include:* Complete reconciliations* Verify all transactions are recorded in ledgers* Monitor & maintain records to trial balance stage* Assist in the completion of VAT returns* Maintain records and create reports and financial statements as and when required.
Semi-advanced computer skills would also be an advantage (understanding of document transfers espicially).
