    Where: Central London

    Hours: 12 hours shifts, 4 on 4 off, Days only

    Hourly Rate: £13.80

    About the Role:

    • Delivering excellent customer service: welcome, meet & greet staff and visitors
    • Security reception and Front Of House duties, being first point of contact
    • Manage and monitor security systems: CCTV, Access Control
    • Effectively communicate with the client and visitors via number of interactive platforms.
    • Good level of concentration and coordinating
    • Good communication skills and effective report writing capabilities
    • Physical protection of the Client from any external or internal threats and preservation of life
    • Prevention of loss of assets, critical technology, sensitive information or reputational damage
    • Thorough knowledge of the Client to minimise impact to business areas, escalate where appropriate and understanding of Client's critical systems
    • Oversee access control through reception for staff, contractors, visitors.
    • Undertaking patrolling and emergency response procedures.

    About You:

    • Good knowledge and experience working with variable communication platforms and computer systems
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to demonstrate that you can problem solve under pressure
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload
    • Passionate about delivery excellent service
    • Willing to embrace a new and exciting challenge.
