As Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining brand standards, assisting the preparation of food & beverages whilst delivering a memorable guest experience, ensuring this is the best experience possible.

Responsibilities:
- Taking orders from guests.

Sending through guests’ orders.

Restocking of inventory.

Following opening and closing procedures.

Ensuring the front and guest areas are continuously clean and tidy.
Qualifications:
- Food Safety Level 2.

Complete mandatory onboarding.

Relevant experience is useful, but not required. Ideal for those looking to start their culinary or hospitality career.

Ability to follow instructions and have strong communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast passed environment and as part of a team.
