The Role
An opportunity has arisen for two bioanalytical team leaders to join the Bioanalytical Services team. This is a permanent position reporting directly to one of the Bioanalytical Study Directors.
Key Tasks:
- Analyse samples from preclinical and clinical studies by ICP-MS, GC-MS and LC-MS
- Perform ICP-MS, GC-MS and LC-MS bioanalytical assay validations
- On-The-Job training and mentoring of Bioanalyst (I)
- Supervise a team of Bioanalytical Scientists
- Ensure work is completed in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies / procedures, and client requirements where appropriate, reviewing and updating supporting documentation as appropriate.
The Candidate
- BSc (Hons) in a relevant scientific discipline.
- 1 year minimum of experience in bioanalysis.
- Experience in line management would be advantageous.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Flexible approach to new work challenges.
