  • Maintain and be a great partner with important internal customers.
  • Identifies shortcomings and suggest improvements and implements approved revisions to current recruitment, talent and resourcing processes, systems and procedures.
  • Analyses key capability and sills gaps using data from a wide range of sources and identifies possible impacts on the function’s resourcing.

We support the principles of agile working and are happy to consider flexible working arrangements. We're an equal opportunity employer and deeply value diversity within our organisation.
Within GA&CI, we work in a hybrid way with all colleagues doing a minimum of two days from one of our hub locations (London, Edinburgh & Bristol). As you'll be leading a team which may be spread between these locations there may be some travel required.
Does this sound like you? If it does, we’d love to hear from you!
At Lloyds Banking Group, we're driven by a clear purpose; to help Britain prosper. Across the Group, our colleagues are focused on making a difference to customers, businesses and communities.
