Key Skills
- Excellent visual design skills
- Experience of working to brand/graphic guidelines
- Sound understanding of print design, digital beneficial but not essential
- Must be highly organised and enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative team
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Must be fully fluent in Adobe Creative Suite
Requirements
- Posses an engaging and original portfolio of work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Outstanding organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- A keen interest in visual design trends across all types of media
- Ability to conform to strict deadline-oriented projects and works well in fast paced environment
- Ability to interact and communicate to present ideas to senior-level stakeholders
- Design degree in a relevant field, such as graphic design
- Previous experience working in agency or brand would be an advantage
- Work with the team on the development and design of creative marketing output, including but not limited to: Press templates and printed material
- Retail POS design
- Presentation layouts & graphics
- Infographics
- Brand guidelines
- Image & layout manipulation (comping)
- Assist in the management of the internal assets library
- Support on the storage of all company design assets/work with system and cloud-based platforms
- Ensure that assets are easily accessible with a logical tagging structure to add asset searches
- Experience with job management platform advantageous but not crucial
