Position Overview:
we are seeking a responsible and vigilant individual to fill the position of pool life guard. The successful candidate will receive full training through a NPLQ qualifications.
Key responsibility's:
- monitoring the pools
- enforcing all pool rules and regulations
- respond quickly and effectively to any emergency situations
- conducting themselves in a professional manner
- communicate effectively with fellow staff and guests to ensure safe use of the pools
Key Requirements:
- Adequate swimmer, applicants will need to be able to swim 20m then tow a casualty 10m in 45 seconds or under and swim 20m and tow a casualty 20m in 65 seconds or under (full training on the NPLQ course will be provided on this)
- Strong communications skills
- Confidence in learning First aid and CPR
- High level of professionalism
Successful candidates will receive training on a NPLQ course, providing them with a qualification required to be a life guard. this NPLQ course will be offered to free to success full candidates, with a training agreement.
Upon completion of the course, the staff will receive our in house training and receive shifts based on there availability across Monday-Sunday between the times of 8am-9.30pm

Salary: £7.59-£10.17 per hour
