As an evening healthcare assistant, you will make a huge difference to people, by undertaking tasks that you would normally do for yourself without thinking twice. You will be assisting our clients within their own homes, providing a range of different services such as companionship, shopping, and meal preparation; through to more specialist tasks such as assisting with personal care, medication administration and end of life care.
But we don’t just want you to make a difference to others, we want to make a difference to you. Through fantastic induction and ongoing training, shadowing shifts, regular one to ones, and building personal development plans based on your goals. Shift patterns:
Our evening shifts are usually 15.00pm-22.30pm but can vary. However, if you can only start a little bit later, we will be as flexible as possible to suit your needs.
*Alternate weekends or equivalent are required*
