Blakely Clothing is an online fashion brand based in Norwich.
Designing new and exciting products for the global market, we have recently been through an exciting period of growth and are now expanding our team. We have exciting opportunities available, at our new store in Westfield Stratford, opening Summer 2023.
After the success of previous pop-up stores in Norwich and London Covent Garden we’re excited to bring our brand to Westfield Stratford.
We are looking for responsible Sales Advisor to join us on a Full Time, Temporary contract to help bring to life the values of our brand by delivering exceptional customer service.
We need you to be on hand and adapt to the store’s needs.
Responsibilities
Assist the key holder opening and closing the store, working to security systems in place.
Making sure all tasks and company standards are met.
Liaising with team members from HQ when required.
Providing the highest standards of customer service, showing warmth and consideration.
Being an expert on our products and procedures.
Assisting in the overall day to day running of the shop.
Ensuring exceptional standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and merchandising are upheld.
Any other duties required to achieve the smooth running of the store
You are self driven and use your initiative.
On occasion and when considered appropriate, you may be required to carry out other duties that fit your strengths.
Must Haves
You must enjoy being on the shop floor interacting with our customers whilst sharing your knowledge and expertise with confidence.
You are a brand representative and embody our lifestyle and values in everything you do.
