Are you an experienced HR Advisor passionate about people?

As our HR Advisor you will act as the point of contact for employees and managers alike
across the group. You will provide generalist HR support and guidance across a range of
employee related tasks. As well as being happy working in a coaching and guidance capacity,
you will also be great at the admin. We are a small team so being hands on is essential. As the
business is developing and changing at pace, your flexible approach and passion to get
involved in ad hoc projects will also be important to the success in your new role.
Of course, you will have great attention to detail, it is likely you have a CIPD level
qualification, and have demonstrable experience of coaching managers on HR procedures
and have the confidence to challenge any non-compliance.
Creating the best possible employee experience will remain at the top of your agenda but you
will also be great with the numbers. Working with data and KPIs, you will have the ability to
use this insight to continue to enhance our people policies and procedures at Lunaz. You will
be joining a passionate team, working hard to create a strong blueprint that will support us
with our ambitious and exciting expansion plans.
