We are now looking to recruit a Business Development Consultant to support our Direct Sales Team. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week. We are hiring at our Helsby, Manchester and Glasgow office. Hybrid position working from one of our offices and home working.
Responsibilities:

Work within allocated sectors promoting the RSK Group services to existing and potential/new clients.

Generate your own leads by following industry news.

Develop new business opportunities across a range of industrial sectors.

Utilise LinkedIn to research and approach relevant decision-makers.

Introduce the BDDs to the relevant decision-makers.
-
Manage your own portfolio of clients and maintain regular contact to build ongoing client relationships.

Diary management when arranging external/internal meetings for the BDDs.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities on the RSK CRM database.

Strong communication skills to develop effective relationships with decision-makers.-
Confident telephone manner.

Adaptable and proactive, able to learn new skills in a fast-moving industry.

Highly organised and capable of managing your own workload.
