Job Description

The main responsibilities for the IT Technician include:

  • Providing an outstanding level of IT support and IT project related activities to staff and students.
  • Ensuring that all IT support needs are logged, investigated and resolved.
  • To install and test new software and software updates / upgrades, ensuring compliance with software licensing regulations at all times.

The Successful Applicant

The successful IT Technician will have experience of in troubleshooting, with a calm, clear and organised manner. The ability to manage and prioritise time in essential to the role. Microsoft Windows skills are also important.
