Head Chef
We are currently recruiting a dynamic Head Chef to lead our Kitchen team. This senior role reports into our Executive Head Chef and manages a 40-strong brigade across four kitchens.
The desired profile we are looking for is:

Someone with a passion for food and British-influenced cuisine.

Classical, high-volume luxury brasserie or multi-faceted environment experience.

The ability to assist the Executive Head Chef with innovative dishes and menus to take the food offering to the next level.

Supervision, coaching and development of all direct reports in order to inspire and lead the team to deliver.

Strong managerial, financial and costing skills.

Promotion of a positive team environment.
