Enfields Bournemouth Limited are a local family business looking to recruit a Lettings Clerk to join our busy friendly team based in our office in Winton!
The role will be working with our Administration Manager, supporting them in the daily administration tasks needed in our Lettings Department.
This role will entail:
- Inputting new tenancy details into our software
- Creating application forms for tenants and guarantor's and emailing these out
- Carrying out referencing for applicants and guarantors for new lets
- Creating tenancy agreements and other relevant paperwork for tenancies
- Creating agreements for tenancy renewals, section 13 and section 21 notices
- Protecting deposits with the deposit scheme
- Archiving completed paperwork
- Front office cover in busy periods
- General office tasks
The successful candidate will play a very important part in our busy office and therefore must:
- Have Typing and IT knowledge
- Work well under pressure
- Be able to prioritise well
- Show excellent organisational skills
- Have an excellent eye for detail
The hours for this full time role are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and every other Saturday 9am to 3.30pm. This is to start as soon as possible and salary will be discussed at interview.
