We are representing Media and Marketing Group of Companies and seeking a Finance Professional to back fill a vacancy for Finance Assistant in Uxbridge, West Drayton.
Client
Our client provide Packaging Artwork, Creative Design, Print and Digital Media Services.
Roles and Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
Raising Sales Invoices and posting to Accounts & Costing
Credit Control Duties
Raising & Resolving Credit Note Queries
Updating Client Trackers
Updating Cashbook for Cash Receipts
Costing
Ensuring All Revenue and Costs are accounted for
Checking Margins
Chasing late Billing
Month End Reporting
Assisting other members of the Finance team when required
Systems & Software Used
Pegasus Opera 3 Accounting & Payroll Software
Google Integrated Suite
Microsoft Word & Excel
Skills Required
Previous Experience of working in a Finance team, particularly in AR
Excel Competency
Excellent Numeracy
Attention to Detail
Costing Experience would be very desirable

Process Driven
Able to challenge decisions and recommend process improvements
Capable of working to deadlines
Able to work within a small team but to also communicate across multiple locations
Conditions
Contract: Permanent
Start: ASAP
Working Hrs: Mon-Fri, 8:30am – 5:00pm with ½ hr Lunch break, although additional hours may be required depending on month end deadlines
Holidays: 25 Days plus Bank Holidays
Reports to: Group Financial Controller
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £34,000.00 per year
